Handcrafted and TIG welded with precision in the Australia, this performance heat exchanger features a purpose-built 42mm PWR core, designed to keep the intake air temperatures (IAT’s) lower, giving you more power. Engineered with rolled dimple tubes coupled with Hemmed & Louvered R-Fins, this heat exchanger has been designed with technology that has been race proven around the world.

The PWR ZL1 Heat Exchanger is designed to fit seamlessly in the stock location, without requiring any modifications. It uses factory hoses and clamps, as well as factory mounting hardware, making installation a breeze. Plus, with the included BMRS hose and bleeder, servicing the cooling system is easy without having to remove the front end.
